Please note: Cutting directly on slate with sharp or serrated knives will mark the surface of the product and the maximum temperature to be placed upon the slate is 70°C. This product is not suitable for dishwashing and should not be left to soak in water. It is recommended the presenter is dried immediately after washing. Prior to any contact with foodstuffs it is recommended that you remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use.
